According to the law in section 4 that contains the libel You cannot post text that is against the government because it can lead you to 12 years of imprisonment :| How cruel right?

It seems that this topic is very popular in your country recently. In my opinion, it is necessary to protect networks from attack. However, I do not what do you want to talk about. Anyway, if our interests are threatened, we should protect ourselves with legal weapons and the law may be useful.

The only thing that concerns me is You can be sued twice for the same crime you committed like for Libel. for example, You wrote some bad articles in books, papers or even gossip about a certain person and proven guilty for the crime then you will be jailed for 4 years. If you post it on Facebook, twitter,Youtube, Blogsite etc, etc. You will again be sued for a Libel under the CYBERCRIME Law and the punishment is 12 years imprisonment. You can also be jailed for liking, commenting on the blogs of people who are criticizing any person, companies or Government Entities. For me this is a Double jeopardy and confusing. Against the freedom of speech.

Yes, I am also worried about that. It's better not to post anything then. I don't want to stay in jail. I guess many people will avoid internet now. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

Go meowchie. Share some info after your research. LOL. They said that you will be imprisoned for 12 years if you will like or share something ... I will read more about it tomorrow, too. I hope I have enough memory so that I can retrieve all my pictures and I could delete that Facebook account. I guess it's becoming a curse already. LOL.

Maybe it is alarming for most of the facebook users. Some make their profile picture as a plain black but only for it is trending. Not knowing it's purpose. But news are all over if this is a reliable one. Yah** and M-S-N share news, even live telecast about this issue. So just calm.
