to whome mylot do not pay?

while talking to one of my friends and introducing mylot to her I couldnot answer to one of her question that to what countries' users mylot do not pay? I am new here, I do not know how to access many things all what I have been taught by my refral is how to respond in a dicussion.
can anybody please tell me what countries are getting pay and who will not get the reward?
Is Pakistan, India, Dubai and Austrailia are in the list of getting paid?
If a user is outside US will he still get the award for his/her contribution?
Is it necessory to have a paypal account? Does Moneybookers work for online payments?

The list of countries which MyLot can currently make payments to is here: http://www.mylot.com/o/ppcountry.aspx
You should note that there are some countries where PayPal may be available but which are not shown on this list. MyLot is governed by the US Office of Foreign Asset Control and cannot make payments to certain countries.

It depends on where you live if they CAN pay. You need a bankaccount and paypal for that. If you don't have that there is nothing mylot can do about it. If it comes to the tasks it's different. Some tasks are only for some countries.

In Mylot and most writing sites , it needs paypal. Try to have it.

Everyone over the world can participate in discussion , but some task have specific country and language requirement . Not all members will get pay since PayPal is not be available to every country . Australia and India get pay for sure I am not so sure about Pakistan . The
To withdrew the cash from PayPal then you will need a bank account and verified PayPal .

Yea India is there in their list. Infact all the countries which are acceptable by paypal are accepted here in mylot. So paypal account is must. I dont know regarding moneybookers.

I think there are no restrictions about which country you are living to recieve payout from mylot. Paypal is the most common payment processor online to withdraw funds.

I signed up just now.to you, i am new.I am also courious about that whether i can get pay. i am a user of China. can Chinese users get pay? and how? if i have paypal account, can i get the money from it? how?

hey serously I have no clue about payment thing as I am new in here too I will let you know if i find out something. but it is easy to get through paypal account if you have one then there is no big deal.

There is a list of countries in mylot who are restricted to sign up to mylot perhapes. This list is made as par US foreign policy. But there are some countries whom paypal don't support but not restricted by mylot. If paypal opens operation in those countries then mylot will pay all earnings.
For example, paypal was supposed to start operation in Bangladesh from 12 september,
2012 and full operation at the end of 2012. But no news stil to hear. I checked the supportable countries in paypal website and stil checking. Hope oneday paypal will start its operation in Bangladesh.

well I think it's up to the Paypal if they can reach the country in which you are residing. I think the past India has this problems with Paypal. I don't know if they have solved the problem now.
