Hi everyone, I know that when people snore while they sleep it means that it is a sign of unhealthy. do you believe in this? i heard people died from snoring. because if a person is a sleep and snore there's a tendency that the normal air or let's say the oxygen that human breath won't pass through properly in our esuphagus. so there will be a blockage of the tube where the oxygen pass. and i know too that this can be prevented. is there anyone using such device on how to prevent this snoring thing? i heard about DUO COMFORT this particular device would put on your teeth and this makes soundless and safe. is there anyone using this device? is this working by the way? and also before i forget i remember my mum used to snore and then after few months of snoring she had a heart failure, then heart attack and after a year she died, and the doctor said, if you know someone who snores, please don't neglect it because it's dangerous and can be life threatening. please share in here if you have experienced or know someone about this matter and how or she prevent on it. Have a good day to all.

I know my husband snores really bad and it really crazes me at times, but he has sleep apnea, so in one way I am happy to hear him snore. I do feel that snoring is unhealthy, as it can mean that the person is not getting the right amount of sleep, as this is when a person is in a deep sleep. There are people that have to use snoring aids so that when they go into such a deep sleep they get woken slightly. My husband soon has to attend a sleep clinic, shame my son was not like my husband, as my son do not sleep only for a few hours of a night time.

JUGSJUGS i know what you mean of what you're been saying, but most of the time is really annoying isn't it? but all just we have to do is be careful that there is nothing around that been played up in our health that's the mean thing. and all we have to do is just have a chat with your family doctor. to make sure that nothing is going on.

Yeah, I know. Many people snore but don't seek medical help because they think it is normal.

There are so many people that snore but there are different types of snoring. I know at night i do snore sometimes because my allergies are bad and im stuffy but i think that is normal for alot of people and most of us im sure like me take allergy medicine at night and in the morning. NOw the people who snore loudly and are outrageously loud need to be checked out and find what is causing them to snore like they have a air way being blocked or something. It is dangeous like you said but most people at night dont know they are snoring unless someone is to tell them.

Some people may just snore lightly while some do have a heavy snoring habit. The best thing is to go to a doctor because snoring can be a sign or symptom of a disorder, anyway based on what I have read online, snoring can be cured, so it's really best to go to a doctor.
