last week i baked a dozen cinnamon raisin bread for a bake sale. they sold well. i'm making more cinnamon raisin bread for another bake sale. this batch isn't coming out pretty like they did last week. :( i don't know what went wrong. using the same ingredients, using the right oven temp, but they look more burnt than golden brown. i just hope they all sell.

Good to hear that u are selling cinnamon raisin bread and i hope u make a good business out of it. Breads are usually soft and sensitive and it needs a lot of patience to bake them properly and to get the desired outputs. u should well check while baking, especially the temperature and the amount of ingredients that are being added to it. The entire process has to go through a fixed timing and at a fixed rate. Hope all your breads are sold out to the people. What say?
