Why I cant quit smoking? Why I feel smoking a relax, as if it accompanies me in all my loneliness, well and woe? Why all important advices supporting quitting smoking does not work on me inspite of my being a good advocate against smoking? How would you motivate me, dear mylotters?

It is very hard to give up smoking, as you find that you are addicted not just to the nicotine but also to the action of bringing it to your mouth and taking a drag. The best thing that you can do is to keep yourself as busy as you possibly can, as this means that you would be able to take your mind off the thing that you wanted to do. Once you realise that you can go through the whole day without having a smoke then you'll find that you can almost certainly give them up for good, and that would be fantastic for your long and short term health.

Trying to draw motivation from other people is pretty hard considering that you yourself cannot generate motivation on your own. With regards to smoking, you will really find that motivation when you are experiencing sorts of illness already. Just like my cousin, he smokes a lot. He can consume two packs a day, smoking after waking up, before sleeping and any time of the day. Until such time that he almost got a heart attack due to his bad lifestyle accompanied by smoking. Finally, he found his motivation to quit smoking, the thing is, he found it after going through a lot of pains.
