Annabelle Rama running for Congress!

If people will vote for her, then probably she will change her attitude for the better of course. It is hard to believe that some people would run into public office even if they previously said they will not run for any public office. I just hope that they will be able to serve their constituents well just like what Vilma \santos did to her province.

obviously she has a personal intention in doing so.maybe because she was woth a lot of intrigues and she has a lot of enemies if iay say.. She thought ofruning for a position in the public so she can build her own group or set of friends in the politics arena.since she has fought with someone who has a clot of connions and now she too saw that it is needed to survive too.. Armed with her strong personality abdloud mouth to keep talking and talking is not enough to win but people with connections can get you far and ahead of the game.

yes...as I have said in my previous comments....politics in the Philippines is just for the rich and famous....we can't stop them...they have money to finance their candidacy and I think they even have money to pay for their votes! I just hope that the people in North Cebu will be considering the personality and the capacity to serve of this person and that they should think that Philippine Congress is not just a 'bangketa' that person like Ms. Annabelle Rama should be part of...

It had been in the news for quite some time that she has some political plans. If this is a change of career plan or she really wants to serve her people, then it's up to these voter's to decide if they want to give her a chance.

if she has that drawback then she could never be win election. but it is a right for any citizen to filed a candidacy. so she did that. there is a lot of difference between filed a candidacy and win the faith of the people to be as a leader for country. so do not worry.

Politics is becoming a showbiz spectacle so it is not shocking anymore for celebrities to go on politics. Let's face it, she popular and well known, there's no legal hindrance for her to run, and have the money so it's up for the voters now to decide if they want her to be their congresswoman.

Hi, Maybe she is a good leader in spite of her reputations. People can be the judge for that, I am not really at odds with her, having known her from a distance and hearing the news as aired on radio and TV. If they choose her for a leader and she turns out to be a bad one, then the blame rests on them and not on Miss Rama.

well all I can say that she is famous, she is rich and no one is forbidding her to run for the congress. I think people in Cebu should choose wisely in voting their chosen candidate, see to it that the candidates are not just those who are popular and rich. Choose those who are good leaders. I'm not against her I wish her good luck.

Hello. I think we all have the right to file for a candidacy. Annabelle Rama herself is confident for her capability to lead her hometown. Let's just try her and give her that chance.We do not know perhaps she is really deserving for that position and she can do her responsibilities well.I knew she has a bad image due to her being hotheaded celebrity.Let us just give her a chance and judge her after.
