Buying cell phone in shopping Indiatimes

Hi mylot friends,
I wish to purchase a phone with Wireless FM, because when I am in the city I can listen old Hindi film songs in FM band. In local market I have seen Wynncom phone at the rate of rs 1100.00 and I have seen in India times shopping ad in Times of India news paper about Videocon mobile phone V 1603, but I have to send order by sms and I have to pay the cash on delivery this good. But I do not have experience in this type of purchase and they are also collecting rs 199.00 extra as delivery charges the MRP of the this cell phone is rs 3995.00 they are giving a discount of 62 percent on MRP, what is your experience in such purchase

Make sure you ask questions before buying something like that. Maybe some friends or family members know where you can buy one. Hate to see you buy something that wont work for you.

Thanks for the response, I have not under stand the words " Hate to see you buy something that wont work for you". Why you have said like that I wish to buy what I want mainly listening of FM band in wireless, this is my main intention to listen the old HIndi film songs in FM band when I am in the city have a nice day.

If you have made up your mind follow the procedure given in the newspaper or visit the indiatimes shopping site online and place your order. You have to pay the extra charge which is collected against cash on delivery process.
I would suggest you to search the same phone in the local market you would get it for much cheaper rate.

Hi Rajesh,
Thanks for the response, we have to pay rs 199.00 as delivery charges for the phone. I have to search about this phone availability in local market and what is there offer, any how it will take one more week to purchase either Wynncon or Videocon cell phone in the market. Videocon is giving two batteries and two memory card slots in their phone, have a nice day.
