If You Can't See Your Own Value Don't Expect Other People Can See It Also Yes and agree with the quote above that if you don't know or cannot see your own value, that you also don't expect other people to know or can see your value. The only person to know your own value is yourself and from yourself, you can develop your own value and pround to let people to know your value as well. Are you agaree with the quote above?

I do think that you can only have people seeing good in you if you are able to see good things in yourself. I went through a couple of years when I was a teenager of absolutely hating myself and not being able to see why nobody else wanted to be with me, but then I realised that I just looked like such an angry and unhappy person all of the time that there was no way that other people would be able to like me unless I started liking myself. So having realised that I am now able to be a lot happier in my life.

I agree with that to a certain extent. I believe that if you don't love and respect yourself that you cannot expect other people to love and respect you either. A lot of people demand respect from other people but they don't respect anyone, including themselves. It's all in the way that you carry yourself. Women are notorious for this. For some reason, so many women are insecure and self-conscious when they shouldn't be, and I don't mean just with looks or their weight or whatever. I'm referring to their entire intellect. Once people find their true self and they love themselves for who they are, it will be a lot easier to find people who value you and love you as much as you love yourself. =)
