Is it bad if you have accounts all over the place?

Would you be more vulnerable to identity theft? Although I didn't put my address or real name or any personal info about me unless I'm buying something or selling online but I have accounts all over the place and my inbox is going to be spam a lot. In fact I had to block some of the sites email. They keep spamming rubbish that I could care less about.
