it`s suggestion from Adam johnson to the youngster...
he suggest not to play for Manchester city
If i were a youngster, i refuse the manchester city offer...
Adam Johnson disagree with mancini policy or opinion that have many player is good for the club..Adam johnson said that many player in one team isn`t good for youngster career..
Mancini never care about youngster, he only choose his start player, said Adam Johnson..
What do you think about it??
I think if we have many good player,it`s rare for youngster for playing more regurarly in the team..

With the competitiveness of today's professional football, for a top four team, dropping points in two consecutive matches could bring the club into a perceived crisis. Losing the third match could just mean the sacking of the team manager. So the manager would always want to play his best team and prefer not to take chances with young players.
I am sympathized with Adam Johnson for his lack of playing time when he was a Manchester City player. But I could understand why Mancini did the way he did. Mancini just won the EPL crown last season so obviously he did something right there.

Adam Johnson is an exciting winger. He could do well in any team that he gets to play. But defensively he is not as good, just like Nani, who is number one when going forward but when he loses the ball, he is not that fast in dropping back to help. With today's total football concept, some managers do not like singular purpose players. They prefer strikers who can also double up as goalkeepers when their own goalkeeper could not catch a ball, like Suarez in the World Cup against Ghana. Adam Johnson made a good decision to leave Manchester City to get to play more. He is 25 and needs to play to impress.

I can understand what Adam Johnson is saying. But this is the mistake that a lot of budding players do as they fall to the pull of the attractive club names and money. A few years back Shaun Wright Phillips was one of the budding stars of English football, but he made a move to Chelsea where he spent a huge amount of time in the bench and now is lost more or less to English football. Same is the case for Adam Johnson. For some time the same was the case for Parker, but then he moved down to lower clubs became a regular starter and then came back into the England fold.
Cheers!

It would probably be better for a younger player to play at a smaller club for a while to gain experience and to prove his ability. If i was Mancini i would send my some of younger players on loan to smaller clubs to gain experience, it would allow them to get more experienced and improve through practice. And i would still keep the player so could use them when they reached a high enough level to get a regular place in the team.I can understand why mancini wants to play his tried and trusted players and not some youngsters, there is a lot of expectation on man city and his job rests on their success he isnt going to risk it on untried players.

Adam Johnson might have a point there. The problem with the mega rich club is that they will go around buying the best players to get the instant success that they wanted. During the process, the young players will not have a chance to play. It is only after a period of success, which means more a global brand and larger fan base, the purchasing will slow down and the young players given a chance. An example, from the time of Mourinho to now, how many home grown youth players did we see plying their trade for Chelsea? Terry does not count cos he was already there when the Russia revolution begins. In fact, I think you can count with one hands the number of home grown players that have consistently play for the club. And for the players like Adam Johnson, he should be candid. Did he join the club think he can advance his career there or is it just all about money? If the latter, then he got what he deserve.

so the youngster is lucky when they plays in Arsenal, and MU in EPL
thanks too barcelona which always trust their La Masia acedemy player
and in Serie A, AS ROMA is the best for giving the chance for the youngster..Totti and Danielle De Rossi is the evidence from the AS ROMA youth academy

Each coach has his own concept. Adam johnson is not accord with Mancini's concept. So he has few time to play for Manchester city. It's good for him to leave and gain more opporunity. But i think playing in a small team like Sunderland means he must lose something meanwhile. High salary, the opporunity of playing for nation team, and so on. I just want to say Adam johnson may could be more patient. His situation was not so bad in Manchester city. At lease he can gain start many opporunity in some unimportant match. If Mancini leaves, maybe he can get more chance.

yes, he is not suitable with the tactics of Mancini..
thanks to God, he realize it quickly and he moves to another team..
sometimes the player didn`t need the salary..
i think in the case of Adam Johnson, he prefer choose the chance for playing regularly than salary..

Big clubs should use players to loan out for experience.
I support Glasgow Rangers and the most exciting player i say was Vladimir Weiss, a natural entertainer with the ball.
Although he moved on, the experience he gained from Man City and Rangers must of been immense.
Plus i will never forget watching him live, so exciting!
