In getting a mobile number, I always prefer having the postpaid plan because i am always connected anytime of the day and do not have to look for reloading stations. However, some say that you can save money by having prepaid since you can control your usage. How about you? Which do you prefer and why?

I do prefer to use prepaid plan than of postpaid. You are right, having a postpaid plan even though it is unlimited and accessible all the time, sometimes, the service is poor, it takes days before the signal or line gets into normal and so the days of not using your postpaid plan is really unfair with how much you pay unless you will get a rebate on your charges. Reloading station is not my problem anyway because every direction, I always see one. lol.

hi, actually i am planning to switch my prepaid line to postpaid line because they are only the same,i always buy load every month so i think its better for me to switch in postpaid plan so that i don't need to go to the store to buy load, and aside from that having postpaid plan also have freebies such as the unit.

hey thanks a ton for the above discussion. yes u are absolutely right, with postpaid plans u have the freedom of talking for as much time as u want, one thing that u might not enjoy with the prepaid plans. the prepaid plans might also end up soon before the required date. But on the other hand, the cellphone bills might touch a three or a four digit mark if we do not have control over the usage of the plan and as such prepaid plans would be more preferable. What say?
