I've put on a lot of weight after coming back from a long vacation in Korea. I used to weight 43 kg .Now, I am over 50 kg and my love handles are pretty obvious.According to "The Doctors" TV program women who exercise 5 x a week has only 2/3 of fat in their bodies and they have thinner frame.
I have to roll up my sleeves , start being active and get rid of my visceral fats before I get some serious medical condition. I am heading to the park now to shake my fats away!! Happy Tuesday fellow lotters!

yes so hard to loose those!
but i lost some from minimizing rice. i also watched one show where the doctor said you can lose it more by drinking cold water with ice in it, plus doing squats and not just sit ups. @Belle_of_the_Ball (896)

7 kg really is a lot of weight. Oh my goodness! I've been wanting to get rid of mine too, I'm now over 50 as well because of the holidays. Can't help it when your family is force feeding you with ham cause you get so much of it as gifts. Need to have that good body for summer again so I'd look decent in a swimsuit. Good luck to the both of us shake those fats away. Exercise 5 times a week sounds really harsh though, I think the healthy amount of rigorous exercise is 2x a week. You need to not wear out those muscles too much. Have a happy holiday. :)

I have lost a lot of weight in the past couple of years, and the only thing that have done to be able achieve this is to cut down on the amount that I have eaten and stepped up with the amount of exercise that I have been doing. I made a diary of everything that I had eaten in a week and started to replace some of the more unhealthy things with better choices for me. I don't really eat chocolates or crisps anymore and this was something that I struggled with in the past. I am very with the way that things have worked out for me and there is no doubt about it that it is a lot better now.

It's good that you're doing something about it. Some people I know would rant and complain about gaining weight and stuff but they don't change, well, their lifestyle. I actually have one friend who's saving a lot to pay for some procedure to remove those unwanted fats since she claims she doesn't have time to work those fats out. Oh, well, to each his own.
