Do any close family members advise not to hold hands and sit near each other after wedding? It irks to come across such people who want to create issues. You can't say anything because they are siblings of your partner. After all, it is how you want to feel in the initial months. Now, after a few years, one would hardly bother..don't know why some people are just born to interfere in others' lives. Feel like telling them "get a life".. !

In some old trended family this happens. But i think it is very bad. Every partner has right to show affection in public. In my family it doesn't matter. It it shouldn't be anywhere.

Yes, I guess you are right but very few people have the sense to realize that. One person can't be all lovey dovey..and get no response at all..it ends up looking silly..or sick rather :)

I used to hate it when my Mum would interfere with my relationship with my partner. Although we are not married, we have been together for nearly 12 years and have two children. We have been engaged for nearly 10 of those years ;-) I think it's great to hold hands and to show each other some love and affection. It makes the relationship all the more stronger. It also shows that you care for one another and are there for each other. My partner and I hold hands when we go out together and still act all lovey-dovey too. Stuff what other people think. It's your marriage and it's your life. If you want to show love and affection, then by all means do. I think those nay-sayers in your life are just jealous ;-)

Well said..I guess some people are more interested in business of others than their own lives..even if their life is a mess. It is good to know that you guys still romance after 12 years..here, I guess he's more preoccupied with thoughts, work and other issues to even notice much..

Some people just can't help but try to boss other people around! I generally ignore them whenever anyone sets out to do that. It's taken a lot of practice though! But over the course of time I've learned I don't have to live up to anyone else's expectations.. not even during the course of a day or visit! I always am extra friendly and sweet after that, and they forget about trying to boss me around!

I think those kind of people are just jealous when they saw other people are happy (lols) Just ignore them and do what you want- it's your life anyway.
