Is this only in my country or it is everywhere?

Hello friends! It's been time since I was here for the last time but I won't share my reasons here for now. I just want to share my deep frustration from the psychology of the employers in my country. And the answer to your question "Why you equalize your employer to most of the employers in your country?" is that it is not only my observation (and believe me I've changed 5 employers so far - I've quited not been fired) but my friends' too. So I will start with my number one! The boss tells you in direct text and in front of other workers that you are his slave. It is supported with actions like: 1) You have to be at your work place and ready to work half an hour before your official start hour of your work day. 2) You can't leave the work even if your official work day is over until I set you free(it may take more than hour or 2 sometimes). 3)You can leave your work place in your lunch break only if I agree with that because you may be needed in that time frame, you cannot take your lunch break after that. (it is better not to eat at all like me - my boss said once). 4)The time you spend over at work will not be paid. 5) You will take your leave when I decide and you can't take sick-leave ( I work in a private medical facility!) 6)Of course your salary will be the minimal salary defined from the country and I will give you at the end of the month additional money. If you are not at work you will not get these additional money for the days you weren't at work (don't forget that you cannot decide when you will take your annual leave). So you can't make a projection of what will be you salary at the end of the month. 7)You have to be available at holidays if there is a work and the payment is not double as it is defined by the law but a little sum just to close your eyes, of course it is not pointed anywhere in the documentation. So I will stop here because my head is about to explode but soon I will continue with more information of the Bulgarian Boss Psychology. Please tell me if that situation is everywhere or only in Bulgaria. Share your opinion and problems with me. Best wishes to all and good luck with your boss.

I have not heard of your situation before. It never happens in my country. The workers have their rights and it is followed strictly. you are no one's slave. This is ridiculous. It is good that you have left the job. So I tell you, if you can get out of that place will be awesome because otherwise you will have to suffer at work forever. I am sure you don't want that. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
