Last night, these teachers boarded on a jeep from the mountain had to cross a river back to town proper when a flash flood overtook the vehicle. Some of them managed to jump off the car attempting to scape the raging water but to no avail, they were taken by the strong current. Only one managed to scape who reported the calamity to town officials. Teachers are heroes in every community, what can we do for them in return specially in moments such as these.

Such a horrible news. Teachers play a very important role in the society, without them no one can be someone. As of this very moment, all we can do is to pray for them.. They will always be remembered for all the sacrifices they've made, they will always be loved for all the kindness they've shown and they will always be respected for the heroism they've portrayed. May their soul rest in peace..:(

These teachers really sacrificed a lot. They woke up early in the morning each week day to reach the kids on the mountains. What we can possibly do now is to take an opportunity to tell the world how important the teachers are. They should be loved and be compensated well.

Oh they are worth the recgnition and compensation. Good thing we are celebrating teacher's day. It's one way of acknowledging our mentors. Their sacrifices and willingness to mold us into a one of a kind and responsible person is alreay a lot. Not everybody can do what a teacher is capable of doing. Not everybody can transform a little boy into a succesful man. Only a teacher can.

These teachers patiently climb up the mountains each weekdays to teach kids up there. Lobo is saddened by the accident
