Are You Prepared for the End of the World?

though i have been a christian for almost 5 years, i am not yet prepared of the coming of Christ. as much as possible, i want to enjoy living in this imperfect world.

Hi, Every night I go to sleep expecting To wake up to a whole New World. One night of sleep, spent in Eternity; When this world has Passed away, the New dawn of a new day of a New Earth.

Have you been watching the program, Doomsday Preppers? As for the religion, I am not a Christian so I can't and won't comment much.

I am actually prepared but I know myself that I won't be saved.I will never got the chance to experience paradise on earth as I am not righteous. Am I too busy with material world? In one way or another, yes. Because I need to earn money badly for my biological family and for myself. And life is hard and the evil forces make it harder for us nowadays. Do I still remember God? Yes, I do pray before eating, I thank him for everything because even though there are times that I only eat once a day to save money, I know that there are people out there who don't eat for few days. But I know myself that thanking him for his blessing aren't good enough. I have to act but am currently burden with so many things in life - failing marriage, financial problems, health issues.. I do hope I could still see the light despite all these.

You are right people are very busy now and they have no time for thinking about this date or preparing for dying because no one knows when they can go near the God and when God can call us. If I am dying or not dying but I always remember God because without God we cant do anything.

I respect everyone's beliefs but I don't want to live my life preparing for the world to end. I don't believe the end of the world is coming or any of that other doom and gloom. I'm going to just live my life and be happy.

I am not prepared to listen to people who are talking about doomsday every day and forget to realise that life is a miracle and that they should cherish it. If our present life had no meaning at all, we wouldn`t have it.

Hi there... Yes my friend I am ready fo Jesus. The holy spirit brings life to us and it is what is going to give us eternal life. I have come close to Jesus through the grace of God and I believe in the son and so our father in heaven is going to accept me.. and so will others who believe in the son. The whole world is busy and no one wants to walk the lord's. path and its not easy but with the help of lord's holy spirit everything is made possible for us and through Jesus we are called our Father's sons and daughters, all glory to Jesus. I would be very happy to see Jesus come back for us because at that time we will finally get to go home, our real home.

Each and everyone of us will eventually depart this world within or now with it. So if the end does come in a months time, it is just a hastening . so many have already gone,those near and dear in the prime of their lies,just snatched away in traffic accidents,plane crashes etc. but we have the advantage to consider how we have lived if the world does come to an end and the priviledge to refocus on our lives if it doesn't. Like a form of rebirth to the true believers. or just whatever,if it happens it happens,if it doesn't.well live goes on , don't dwell on it and worry too much!

I remember God from time to time.. but if the world was to end today or sometimes soon, i am still so not prepared.. I am one of the people who just think or look to God in times of trouble.. I just get so preoccupied with school and everything else.

I think it's important for us to be prepared. No one is perfect but we should do our best to be prepared. There unfortunately are a lot of distractions in this world. It can be hard to keep focused on what's important.

I will be when it happens in 56 years. I believe that the world will be burned by the lava and the sun in the year 2068. That is exactly 2000 years from the time of the destruction of Jerusalem. It has to do with time and cycles repeating themselves. The Father of lights works in cycles and patterns and has told us these things before they happened. That is why I am not worried about Dec 21st 2012.

Of course, I beleive that there is someone above checking on us. I must admit that I need to be more prepared on His coming. I don't want to be caught offguard. I need to keep at peace with myself and everyone else. Pray some more for salvation and guidance, ask for wisdom and for forgiveness. We cannot tell our last day on this earth. I will just keep on doing good things to others, I believe, to have a purpose. Thanks

not yet prepared. still doing my work taking care of things, travelling, fishing, planting...if its the end then no one can escapre from it. maybe thats why scientists are so busy exploring the space..need some new place to live.

I am not yet prepared for the end of the world as I do not believe the end of it. I think that it will last as always, as this planet of ours is believed to be still young compared with its history. Take care and enjoy your life.

I am ready for it. It had been prepared as you said so. I am not too busy for this material world like you think, you can rest assure of it.

Hello friends .Even people are to busy in the life at the moment because they want to fulfill their need. But you should analyze one thing that the so many needs so called produce by people.And people forget the last day of exam and end the world because they want to get more material things.But some people also remember the end the world every breathe of life which is very near............

Yes I am and I don't have to worry it might be the end of the world because we all know that the world will come to an end and we have to be ready of that.

No one really knows other than God of really when is the end of the world. And because we do not know, we are not yet prepared for it. And that is one thing I'm really sure.

Yes I'm prepared for the end of the world.Beside this life is just borrowed we all are going there so whatever happen and what will happen I entrust it with God. Material things is just temporary, so I'm not busy haunting for..I'm satisfied of what I have now and that I'm thankful for all of those things I have. If the coming of the Lord is near I'm prepared giving back my life to him. Happy mylotting!
