Does anybody know where I can buy silver accessories in Manila?

I am looking for silver accessories in Manila. And I was hoping I could buy something that fits my taste. I really wanted for so long now, to buy these. Skull silver rings, Silver Ball Bracelets, Silver Necklaces with intricate details. I really want/like those Bike type accessories.
Please help me.

if you want something to exactly fit your taste the best thing to do is have it done by a goldsmith (locally called "platero") so that you could have him form it exactly according to your desire. Only disadvantage is, it may result to a higher cost compared to ready made ones.

Thank you so much. But do you happen to know some shops selling silver raw materials with different shapes?
I'm planning on just making my own and it would be helpful if you'd know some shops around.
