I wnat to change my blog name for better keyword

I want to change my blog domain name to a better keyword because mine is very weak , When I first started blogging I had no idea about the importance of a good keyword . Now I want to make a new domain name or should I just make a new blog with the better url . What do you professional blogger think ?

You can do two things here: Either go for an entirely new blog from the scratch. In this case, you will have to start working upon your blog right from getting a template to updating it regularly to keep in a flow of visitors. I don't think it will be possible for you to copy your blog posts from the current blog. But you can use the import blog option from your settings. I think that should solve the problem of writing everything fresh.
Secondly, you can only change the keywords and keep the blog address the same. Changing the url is no easy work as you might have given out the address at lots of places. In this case, changing the keywords to match with the blog name and the words in the url will be the best option in my opinion.

I have only put the address at maybe 10 places because I wasn't thing of making money off my blog in the beginning . Thats why I used that bad url .

If I import my blog will the old blog lose the function to update.

It is good that you remember where you have put the URL. In that case, it will be easy for you to make the necessary changes. As far as I am concerned, I never kept a track of where my URL's going. So, if you ask me where my URLs are, I won't be able to tell it

That is a name I am using http://beautifull-hair.blogspot.com/ , I had to used two LL on the beautiful because the other was taken .
I now want to used something like "hair-beauty" or "hair-beauty-tips" . I search them out in the keyword tool and mine have zero search lol. Whhile those have better amount and I would rather my site to rank better since I may get a .com also .

With blogger I believe you can change your keywords in your settings.
So,that way you don't have to change the whole address or blog.

Thank you , I will do some search on that and see how easy it is to get good rank for a keyword.
