how do you make money on portable devices?

How do you make money on portable devices such as tablets, ipads etc? I own one an ipad, i want to fully use it to earn money online wherever i go, but i do not know where to start. I found various apps that like apptrailers that makes you earn money online by watching trailers and trying some apps. But that is not always the case, there are times that there are news apps to try for a day.
What else could be done on a device like this to eanr money, considering that functionality of some sites is limited..

For my iOS device, I have installed App Trailers and App Joy. App trailers earns you points for watching trailers of other iOS applications. These points can be redeemed for a wide variety of gift cards or sent to your Paypal. App Joygives points by letting you download and install featured apps. Points can be redeemed for Amazon or iTunes gift cards.
There are many other apps like thesetwo but so far they are the only ones I regularly use. I like App Trailers in particular. I have already redeemed 5 times in just little over a month.

I have those apps before..They became stricter so i need to look for other apps to use that pays

Well portables devices are really helpful now.I used be in mylot using my mobile phone every spare time I have as long as I have my phone with me since I am into unlimited internet data plan in the network provider that I am into.So I can be in mylot whenever I want to used my spare time in more productive way.

I do this too in fact I find mysf more active in mylot on my mobile phone than on the computer. Although it's easier to be in a computer typing long paragraphs, on mobile, I find I have less distractions which is great so that I can focus more in mylot.
