How to Sign Up???

Hi. I had joined 3 to 4 gpt sites and also MBC. But the problem is around 70% of site which is on the list for signups I had joined them. So whenever I got offer of $0.10 for signup, I found that I am already the member of the site so I can't signup, as multiple account and IPs are not allowed. So how can I signup. Do you face similar problem like me? I lost many money making opportunities because of this problem. Cheers.
