Electric Shock in Cigarette Stick

There are a lot of suggestions, on how to stop smoking. Some people used nicotine patch or gum; others do tradional way of lessening the sticks, until they had overcame of not smoking. How about electronic cigarette? I had seen some in the mall, selling the gadgets. But then, I was thinking if it is also an alternative way of having a nicotine-free gadget. Does anyone has this? How do we use this?

Nicotine free stuff can never make a man leave smoking. I think there needs a medicine to be infused into the addicts body as to create kinda reluctance to smoking. I tested myself fruits and vegetables creates that kinda reluctance to smoking as well.
