Work Chaos: Angel in disguise

I am working in a very productive environment of public service. My work ethics started to crack slowly when i was being handled by a two facet second in rank head of office.
She was nice to me at the beginning but when promotion started...she's making things very difficult to me because many would say: that I am a hindrance to her success. I really don't understand her. She's asking for a promotion when the fact she's doing nothing. All her work performance was based on my work load. When I was evaluate, sad result " I was inefficient...for the workload she assigned to me was her own job description. I felt betrayed. I almost lost my self esteem...knowing the fact that I have a higher education background fitted to her position she was in.
But i didn't ask for anything...i just want everything to be fair..."give to Cesar what is due to Cesar". Want is due to me must be given? Isn't that right? give me advice before a got a SNAP in the Head.

what you need to understand is how the company works. try to talk to other colleagues about it; don't wallow in self pity. take it as a learning experience. she used you because you are ignorant about company ways and means. if others know about her tricks, they can help you checkmate her because no one in any office likes others who are not qualified for a job rising above them, except that individual is there for political reasons or is connected to political reasons.
so, try to talk more to your colleagues and report her behavior to them. consider the fault yours but never allow it to repeat itself, magz1989.

If it means for you then it will happen. Don't you worry anyways you , yourself knows who fits and deserved that position. So sad what is happening around is those who have strong connection up will be the one to be promoted and those who deserved are left behind..anyways God is watching and counting for that , in God's time work and promotion be given to you. Simple.. She used you as the ladder of her success.. You should fight for yourself. Prove that you deserves the promotion which she is asking for. And it will be quite easy for you. Talk with your heads..
