I will never buy roasted chicken anymore! I,together with my pap, bought roasted chicken for dinner to satisfy our cravings because we are both chicken lovers. I eat chicken to its bones. So,there,we bought our chickens and put them on the table.Yummy, saucy, well done. Bit the bone and eewwwwwwwwww! Yuck! horrible! It was bloody yuch! The stench lingered in mouth. My tummy turned upside down ewwwwwwww!

Ihave noticed that that happens when the chicken is placed to roast when only partially defrozed. It also happens when you cook it too fast at too high temperatures. I prefer to roast my chicken. I leave it for a long time at medium. That way I know I will not have those problems. Only at the end I raise the temperature.

That is true my friend, that some roasted chicken was not very well done.I have also experienced such bloody chicken in its inside parts, that is why when I order
a roasted chicken the next time,I would tell them to make it well done.

It sounds like the chicken farmers are feeding the chickens on fish meal. I can remember going through a phase some years ago where all chicken that I ate tasted of fish, but for me it doesn't seem to happen so much nowadays.

Aw, I knew it.
I had same experience with a famous chicken stand here in our country.
I bring the chicken and showed them how bloody it is -eww.
I asked them to check or keep a timer to ensure that the chicken is well-done...duh

That really turns each tummy upside down. I really don't like to eat that specially that my sister who is a cancer survivor is advised by her doctor not to eat chicken meat. But you know there are people who like to eat half-cooked meat, maybe that includes your roasted chicken.
