I have a paypal account but it is not yet linked to a credit card. I dont have a credit card but I have an atm.. Do i really need a credit card for paypal?? I am so worried I might not be able to get my online earnings. However, There was once that I was able to use my paypal earnings directly to a website. I booked for a hotel and all they required was my receipt/voucher. Their website didn't require me a credit card. But how about other sites??

Hey buddy, Nice to know another Lotters from Davao. We live at the same City. Recently, I am recently staying here in Manila while waiting my flight details for Qatar. Actually, you situation now is not a big problem. Several ways now you can make to verify you Paypal account. If you have a valid ID you can apply a debit card issued by SMART. You only need SMART simcard and go to any wireless center located in any mall in the city. You only need to pay 120 pesos for the card. After few days you will get your card and you can used it to link in your Paypal. It's a matter of seconds only you will finished the process. By the way, we have a group of myLotters in Mindanao. Hope to see you join our group on Facebook. Last Saturday we have a conference here i Manila, myLot Philippines. We are planning to do the same in Davao soon. If you need more information don't hesitate to ask me here.

That's what I did, too. I used my Smartmoney card which I applied for 120PhP and linked it to my PayPal. Though for online transactions there are steps you need to make between your phone and PC for the verification and purchases. You will be deducted 200PhP after the verification so your Smartmoney card should at least have that amount. But the 200Php will be refunded in 24 hours.

For me that's the easiest way to verified our Paypal here in the Philippines. No need to apply for any credit card or debit card from any banks which needs a very strict compliance.

Paypal + Bank Account = Union Bank ( EON Account) is what you need. That's what I am using right now. And that's also I recommend to my friend who is working here in mylot too. He make 2-3 cash out already using Union Bank Account.

I still find that the most convenient compared to my Smartmoney card which I used to connect to PayPal. My two sisters have EON cards and it's pretty convenient for them to withdraw cash to their own ATM card.

You don't need a credit card, prepaid debit card or checking account for paypal. They do send you a check when you request money. It is best if you do have a prepaid debit card or a checking account. They take out money if you request payment by check. Plus, with a prepaid debit card or a checking account, your money will go right to whatever you have linked to your paypal account and you never have to worry about your checks being stolen!

There is one more solution also. If you don't have a debit card. Then don't worry. There are many freelancing sites that grant credit cards. Also there are some forex forms that are granting. An online payment processor also granting credit card. I have read about that payment processor in www.tinyurl.com/itcastle

I never know about that. But that's definitely worth checking.
