E-commerce, another way of making money online

Hi mylotters,
I am sure you have heard about e-bay and amazon. They are the big players in the e-commerce segment.
I have tried this, was doing so so until Google tightened its rule. All products for sale in the internet must have their product description code, such as ISBN for books. But I haven't given up. I am trying my luck in dropshipping. I know that the quality of suppliers you deal with are the key to succeess in e-commerce. The more efficient and reliable the supplier is, the easier to make money.
I am wondering, are there any mylotters involved in ecommerce? I don't think I've seen this topic discussed in mylot. Please if there are any, can you share your experience with me and others here? Than you in advance.

A few years back, I have heard people trying out their luck in e-bay.
That's when I too wanted to try. But then, I stepped back as it involved some investments.
It is better to start an online shopping store to earn good bucks. However, depending on your location and the products that you are dealing with,it may take time to reach people and make it 'really' popular.
