How to stop pitying ourselves

You know that feeling when you are very upset about the things that been happening to you lately and you start to feel so down and sorry for yourself? You feel as if you are not worthy enough, or not good enough at anything that it does so bad on your self esteem? I'm experiencing these things now. I know it's bad to pity ourselves. But the real question is how do we stop pitying ourselves at times like this so that we can regain our self esteem and work well again?

The best way to fight this is thinking positive. By thinking negative you are bringing or attracting what you are thinking, so why think negative?? You know you are asking negative when you think negative. So please to come out of the feelings you have right now, you have one option and that is think positive. Cancel every negative thought with a positive one. You will be the winner. you can do, be or have anything you want in this world and it depends on the quality of your thought. We are today, what we have thought in the past. so please stop those negative vibes and switch it to positive. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

the negative thoughts come out when i think about possibilities. Just possibilities and future courses of action if such things happen. I guess I was getting ahead of myself hence all the stress I am feeling at the moment. thanks for responding

try to cancel the negative thought as soon as it comes. This will take some time but if you master it, there will not be anything in this world that will make you feel this way you are feeling now.

We are in the same situation right now.What I am doing right now? I just talk with my friends and tell all my sentiments in life and I am lucky enough that they are always there to lift me up.I just don't let myself to be alone and think for non sense things or those things that lessen my self esteem and bothers me a lot. I'm just stay positive and thinking that I will cope up this kind of situation that I am facing now.

I do that too. Friends are great to have in times like this. But sometimes they suggest different courses of action making me more confused. LOL

in life , In face of setbacks and failures hit ,we will also have the pessimistic disappiontment self-pity inferiority feeling , it's normal .don't empathy ourselves .to give yourself encouragement and criticiam reflection and review the reason for the failure
