How to get a man's attention through letters

Hello mylotters.
I have a friend who is interested in online dating. But the problem is she has a lot of competition and she is not that pretty. We know guys are more attracted to physical beauty at first sight so my friend decided that she should get a guys attention through interesting letters instead.
But how to do it?
Do you have some tips or ideas about online dating? How do you get a guy's attention and keep him interested?

I think you should help her determine if the guy is worth putting the effort first of all. Does he have a good online presence. Is he on other social networks that help verify he is genuine. Does he have facebook with real friends and real family and interact with them often or is he mysterious?

well, it's not really that she is only looking for one guy. She's into the dating game of meeting men and enjoying their company but she hasn't found anyone yet, so she wants to get their attention in a good way.

It sounds to me like she is desperate. If she stops looking she will find the right one. She needs to remember she doesnt need a man to be complete and happy. Doesn't matter if 99% of the population thinks she's not pretty there is 1% who does. I have a friend who does all the online dating,a nd I think she's desperate and just wants someone she will grab anything that walks by.

I see your point ricki and I quite agree with you.
My friends wants to meet many men for potential partners or for fun, that's what she says. She wants to socialize but is worried she won't interest anyone because she doesn't think she is attractive enough.
