how to relieve nervousness ?

when you face the major events and how to cope with stress? how will you handle tension ?how to relieve nervousness and control anxiety . i am nervous about the exam too.

I have seen you are not commenting on responder response so try to comment back more comment means more response and more earning. Very hard if the problem is big then laughing is hard and I also feel nervous but I hear the song or join the mylot whenever feel such.
