May I have your suggestion about multi-culture?

Is there any way to show my traditional spirit to a foreigner?
I am a traditional girl and my boss is multi-culture foreigner, you know foreigners always like hug, facing touch and anything else, but as a traditional girl. I don't like. I already talked with him, I am traditional and do not like it. But he can not resisted and he thinks I am cute and can not help to do it.
I also want to keen in touch with him because he is my boss, but no way to avoid that? Do you have any suggestions?

Cultural differences is in a way a hindrance to misunderstanding. The best way you can do so that you know his mannerisms, is to know his culture more. Search on the internet about his cultural roots so that you know them better, know how they interact with other people, know their usual mannerisms. So, that you can conform to them. and in a way you can adjust with how you boss's acts up.

Anywhy, thanks for your suggestion. That's the long story for me, I am not working in there.

hey its always ery nice to be linked with your roots, must be involved with your cultural activities. I do respect other culture's too. I do educate every one about my culture. and also like to get educated about various other cultures

Thanks for posting this discussion. Glad to know that u love your tradition and culture so much. i know u must be feeling a bit weird and awkward after seeing your boss's mannerisms but that is his culture. I think u should make him realize of your culture and how much i love it. at the same time u also appreciate his culture so that he is not offended by your words or actions. Either way u are at profit. Go for it!

I already show my thoughts to him, when I saw him last time,we didn't see each other nearly 3 years. he hugs me and touch my face, at the end he even kiss my mouth. Is there anything weird? I doubt, but I didn't show it.
After back to my home, he always sent me message and say something, I don't care and some of I didn't reply it. then when I am working, he skyped me and says he like me around with him and he says I makes him feel happy and he want to talk with me, Is there any signal?
Can you advise? Is there any changes for me and him? Does he loves me? Then I have boyfriend and how to do?
