Feedback for someone who paid only AFTER Unpaid Item claim opened?

Hi Ebayers, Do you ever leave feedback for someone who pays for their item only AFTER you have had to open an Unpaid Item case? Since there is only the option of checking the "positive" box, do you leave any at all? Or do you check positive and then mention something in the comments, or do you just take "the high road" and leave a nice comment as well, since the buyer did pay in the end? I have such a situation now and I am wondering what to do about the feedback. On the one hand, the buyer got the item at a VERY low price and really had no excuse not to pay; but on the other hand, I did get money for the item in the end. Have any of you had this situation and how did you handle it?
