Hi friend, i checked your profile and found you are from India. Paypal automatically transfer your account balance to your bank account due to the RBI Guidelines, so you don't have the ability to disable the auto withdraw function. I am also from India and never set auto withdraw option in my account, but the money is automatically transferred to the bank account due to the recent changes. So you don't have the ability to change this option due to this new rules for Indians

You are from India. As per Reserve Bank of India guidelines all payments received at paypal account are to be transferred to the nominated bank account as at the end of business day. We have no option to withdraw this facility. this has been done to avoid money laundering activities through paypal and also to avoid black money creation by receiving funds thro paypal and spending it through that with credit card. It is advisable to include all the receipts we get in our bank account into our income tax return so that there is less problem from IT side.
