I got a phone call this afternoon, asking if I could work Thursday, Friday and Saturday again to train the new girl. Plus, my shifts on top of that which is Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. I get tonight off, and have been watching episodes of Beyond Scared Straight online and just relaxing sorting out Christmas gifts for the brats.

It sounds like you really have had another busy week. I think that it is great, however that you haven't been at the job for a very long time and they already have you training someone else for the other part of the job. The extra money has helped you out and once the new girl is confident in her job you will be able to actually get that training that you've been talking about done, so everything will catch up for you.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday are my days off. I've been trying to fill them partially with cleaning up the room I sleep in. I've been looking online and found the bed that I want to get for myself. It's an air bed but it will do for me atleast until I can find something more suitable. Preferably I'd love a captain's bed.. Sorry getting off topic. When I am at work I tend to get all the things done I need to have done before my co-workers even leave, so it leaves me with nothing to do. Last night I did straighten the books at markdowns / discontinued items rack and that gave me something extra to do. They think very highly of you if they are already letting you train a new employee. In jobs of the past I've trained but think I'd been there six months before I did.

Extra money is always nice, but don't get burnt out working all those hours. I sometimes get so wrapped up in making extra money that I don't realize that it is going to stress me out or I am going to be super tired.

Hi, Personally, I do get fidgety when I run out of things to do. It is more tiring to wait out the hours to pass by doing nothing. Good luck on your weekend, you have something to do, one of the "grand essentials of a man's happiness," to borrow Joseph Addisons's maxim.
