How could Apsense help me market my online businesses?

I joined Apsense a few months ago but never did anything on the site. I have heard a lot of people say that Apsense and similar sites like Swom are very helpful in promoting our online business but I never seem to start taking advantage of it because I don't know how to start. Can you share with us how Apsense is helping you and what are the procedures necessary to make that site effective for our advertising purposes? Is it necessary to upgrade and why or why not? Anything you share would be highly appreciated, and I'm sure a lot of mylot members can get something out of it.
