What would you want people to remember you?

Our given name is a reminder of who we are and from what family name we come from. But each of us are remembered because of what we have done in our life and to others. When they mention our names the first thing that describes us as a person is what we have influence and affect in their life. Sad, but it can be good or bad. Whatever things we are doing have a consequence that will likely to affect our future. Our wrong doings to others will be judge accordingly and we will be remembered by the goodness or the meanest thing we have done. If you are to ask. What would you want people to remember you? Do you have any idea how they sees you? Do you know what and how big did you influence the life of others?

Maybe my friends and family will remember me as a jolly person a friend and a relative who can lend not a hand but shoulder, ears, eyes 
and every possible things that I can lend to them

Here in mylot, I will be remembered by many mylotters whom I have met in real life as one of the "Mylot Witches"
Why Witches?-
because me and the other mylotter only have free time for outing or hang out after midnight.
Why midnight?-
because that's the only time I am free, so with the other mylotter who owns an internet shop, so after she closed her internet cafe- we and other mylotters met together and have some fun- most of the time we visit "food bazaar"
oh how we love food trips

I have always wondered whether I would want a lot of people to be able to remember me or not, and I don't think that I would. Of course I would want my friends to remember me, but I am not too worried if the other people in the world don't know my name. I would rather be remembered amongst my friends for being a really nice person and helpful to them when they were in need rather than being known for being a model or a singer or something like that and being remembered by a lot of people in the rest of the world.

The first person who will know us are our families and friends. They are the mirror of our personality. It is them who will never forget what we have done in their life and in our life, good or bad. But still the same, the memories of being you will give them an impression that they will never to forget. For we have in some way part of their life.

We cannot measure the power of words. More than any one can imagine it can influence a lot of people. It is a tool that can help change an outlook of life or can push someone to do better. You are a very responsible individual who will never forget a family in climbing a peak of success. That is very important never forget people who believes in everything you do.

It is indeed an honor to be remember by people of what we had contributed in this world. You are right it is nice to have a meaningful life that most people will remember us. What we have done is a feedback that will tell us of all the things we have done in purpose or not.

If we are to speak of mylot,I would be remember here as an "event organizer" for Filipino mylotters". if I am gone, hopefully they would miss the moment that I organize an event. I'm sure someone will replace me or someone will take good care of it if I am gone already.
If speaking of my family and friends, they will remember me as a jolly person. a very "makulit" guy. a person who doesn't want to eat vegtables.

Hello rberon, you choose what you want people to remember you. And you work out on it. Sense of direction and leadership are trait of a born winner. It will be your greatest achievement that you will likely to remember by others because you love what you are doing. Keep up the good work and don't stop connecting people. The happiness it brings is a gift. I'm sure your family appreciate things you have done. Different groups of people may see us differently. But all the same, we want them to remember us as the good person that has touched their life.
I think if there would be one person who would be very much remember me is my ex boyfriend. He was actually my first serious boyfriend. I was with him through his bad times. I did sacrifice a lot for him and being with him all those years have taught him how he has become now. I am not asking him to repay me for what i have done for him but just knowing that he has made it through those troubled times and now that he is happily married with a descent job makes me happy.

I think people not remember you if we not remember them. I mostly forget the name of the person whose meet me. The remember my name but I always forget. Not family members name but friends or other relatives name. My talking way will effect on their life because they remember only as talking women hehee...

I hardly remember names most of the time but i never forget a face. I think that is normal surekhrathi we have our flaws but the thing is in any way we can they will remember us because we had touch their life. Pasting a smile and a little laugh is a simple joy for you. But perhaps for them it's a pleasure knowing such a jolly person you are who make them feel light in a moment of distress. Be yourself and people will appreciate you for being true to them in return.

Hi bembzee! A wonderful discussion. People may forget us in the long run. But the effect of what we do to them will remain. I want them to remember me because I have changed their lives by introducing them online where they can earn money for their living.
I know I am doing a very difficult task as most of the people that I know either doesn't believe me or they just plainly have not interest on it. But I will continue with my endeavor.
