I just saw someone on tv how devastated she is when she lost her best friend.. her dog. I can tell that she is really grieving though her dog passed away for more than a month already. It sure feels like you have lost a loved one when you lost your pet. My friend cried like there's no tomorrow when she learned that her cat dies while she was with us. I know I would be sad too.. for a week to a month long but not for too long. How about you guys? What do you think?

Pretty-much the way I would feel after losing a piece of furniture.

What do you mean? Well anyway, your attachment to something will explain your emotion to that something when it's gone. As for me, I'm attached to my Bible and losing it would be very hard for me. I probably would have sleepless nights and would pay a rather high amount if someone just could give it back to me. I'm attached to my Bible not because I cannot buy anything like that again, it's that.. my Bible is dear to me and it is where I go to lift me up my down spirit. It is where I have received God's promise. That attachment is so dear to me. There was this time when my I left my Bible in our Church AUV and no one cares to get it and give it to me. Then it rained and there my Bible was soaked in water. I cried a lot as I wiped the wetness from page to page. I blamed almost all the people to were with me in that car and specially the driver because my Bible was in the dashboard. Oh! it was horrible time for me, as if someone dear to me had passed away. But good thing I repented form blaming them and has accepted that my Bible will never be the same again. But I did not just sit down and accept it that way. I prayed hard that the Lord will make a miracle and heal my Bible and make it the way it used to be. Now, I still have that Bible with and it's almost ten years now. God bless you and happy mylotting!

Hi, I know the feeling of losing a pet, may it be a dog, a cat, a fish, a turtle or any animals you make as pet. You can even pet a pig, a horse, a cow and a lot other animals. When I was younger I actually petted a mouse two mouse. hahaha. And I name them mousy but mousy got pregnant and gave birth many other mice. Then hubby and I doesn't like it anymore because the other mice is not as good as their parents. I know it take sometimes to heal but the good thing about it is you'll get healed sooner or later. God bless you and happy mylotting!

Months before I was an one who lost my lovely cat named chinku. It was really close to us. We treated him as our part of our family. I find a lot of good time when I spend wit her but the such a wonderful time do not last for a long time. It was just vanished. I felt really sad and the tears was setting down. I could really felt the absence of him in my house but when days passed I was just adjusted with it

My cousins has a cat and I could tell that they love it very much. Her pictures are in facebook, I don't know if it's girl of a boy but it is really a nice and neat one. It's very huggable, their all cuddling it in the picture. What amazes me is... these cousins of all mine are boys and they are older boys not old old but pass teenagers stage. hahaha. My aunt went to Canada and left a cat with my other aunt. She is sending money for the cat and we are laughing co's she did not give any money to anyone of us but to the cat alone. hahaha. Of course the one that takes care of it benefits from it. SO they are trying hard enough that the cat won't die or else the financial support will be cut off. SO funny. I hope you'll get over soon from the passing of your cat. I know it's not that easy specially when you have develop this fondness of it. Happy mylotting!
