I can't inspire people

Im sure that you have good side that might inspire other people, maybe you dont realize the achievement you made and that's why you think you are not good enough to inspire other people. I can get inspiration from other people even from little thing they have done, what make them look success is not so many trophy they earn but their persistence in making their goal to be come true. You might not reached your goal yet but I think you have some good things that can inspire other. If Im not mistaken you are one of Indonesian top writers on shvoong, aren't you? Im a newbie in that site, so far I only made 5 summaries there. Im inspired to write another summaries and post it there. See, you have something to inspire other people .

Well don't underestimate yourself. Everyone of us can contribute in our own small way even if we are still struggling to reach that progress we so dream of. If you're happy with what you're doing then you are successful enough in a sense that you are contented with your effort but also know that you won't stop there.

Everyone have the same dream. But to achieve our dream we should work hard that to in a proper line. Success in every field needs tremendous input. I think, yes, they will listen to you out of respect. In our own little way, we may inspire others to work hard, just like the way , we currently working toward a certain goal. Act like a winner, and you will be a winner, this motto tell me success is not the end but the process, what you do in process is quite more improtant than what you finally get. So it is always the process inspire people not the sucess result. How to inspire people, is doing awesome good in trying to get succeeded.

I guess it all depends on how you direct them with your instructions. Also on how well you work with them.

Not all people are easy to please and not all people can easily understand. Just show them the best that you have and without your knowledge they will admire and follow you.

Wow. Having a dream of inspiring people is an inspiration already. I think you don't have to worry about it too much. As long as you know what you are doing. And as long as you know that you are in the process of being successful, just hold on to that. Just don't give up and try to inspire people in the process of being successful.
