If the Civil Service only Knows...silent deception....

Government office is a public trust as RA 6713 says for the Good conduct and ethical standards of government employees and officials...Well, i am not bragging about graft and corruption but i am on the employees ethics..Honestly, i am working more than 8 hours a day without merit since a have no government service but all my overloaded work will be merited to those who have a government services. Honestly speaking, they are earning a loyalty award which we are the one doing it...we are like government worker hired under the bridge...huhuhuhu...only if the Civil Service knows but what can we say......we need a job for a living so, we just work hard like a miner of Gold....risking our lives...earning a single penny just to support our family..While those who have all the benefits..well just seat and see the result of our labor....though I am on public services and proud to serve my fellowmen but will they treat us as human not as a tool for their own success.....May God continue to guide me....

Sometimes that's the reality. If you had enough of it then get out. If you can't because it's hard to look for another job then you can't do nothing about it anymore. Just bear it and grin.

I am with you my friend....I actually experienced those things before when I was in the government service...my job before as a Job Order employee was actually level up with that of a regular employee...so sad that we, who are just earning a meager income can already do what a regular employee can do and we are more qualified than them!

There are times that regular plantilla positions open up, not necessarily in the office your working at, but maybe with another department. You should try applying for those positions. It's not that easy but you'll never know. I'm assuming that you have passed the Civil Service exam. Or maybe you should try going to the private sector instead. Well, these are just options you might want to consider. Most of us know that our government has a lot of flaws, including matters regarding its employees.
