How to make money from youtube partnership prograam?

I have received a mail from you tube to be work as a partner. I upload some videos but I did not find any earnings in my adsense account.
So can any one suggest me how to make money through you tube video uploading.?

It takes a lot of views to get paid. You actually get paid by cpm's or cost per thousand. which means they pay you for every one thousand views you get and that could take a long time.

Make sure the Video is enabled with the Green $ Symbol. Then try and get traffic to your YouTube Videos, Or just wait for the money to come.
