So this morning I woke up to find the local cable provider had blocked all our television until we buy their services. We can't even get regular network channels that once upon a time were free. I thought we already had a digital box that we all had to buy when television went from analog to digital, now thats not enough. Mitt Romney mentioned in the first debate he was going to stop funding PBS, I guess he like cable companies doesn't believe in free television and I guess figures we all need more bills. Especially the 47 percent.

We havent had free cable in years were i live. I have to pay for cable and so does everyone else well i thought everyone else did. I guess your going to have to step it up and get some cable. You can get basic cable and thats the cheapest you can go and jsut local channels and then a little more but nothing extravacant at all. Have to keep the cheapest things and i understand how all that is in life.

We've never had free cable, i was trying to live without cable because I don't need to watch t.v. more then already I do. Unfortunately, our local cable company doesn't want anyone to have any free t.v. including network stations and local programming. Right now all we're getting is the local community college station, which I used to work on, and so I know firsthand how crappy it is!lol The monopoly their allowed on the airwaves is very frustrating.

Yes, we still have a free television here in the Philippines. I opt to get cable because it cheap and easy to pay but they sometimes goes off for several hours, sometimes even days.
