I'm the type who constantly worry about my loved ones. I always like to be updated where they are and feels paranoid when they don't reply immediately or answer my calls. I know it is sometimes annoying. But for me, it is natural to worry when you love the person.
How about you, are you a worrywart like me?

Yes, unfortunately I am and it drives my husband crazy. He even says that I worry about what to worry next. You see, he's working off shore and the working environment there is not really good, although they have good benefits it is still not as good as what he was used to back in his country. I always worry about him, about everything, whether he gets enough sleep, he drinks lots of clean water, etc.
I try to chill and be more at peace but I think I'm still a long way from that.

I enjoyed reading your response, especially when you mentioned that your husband said you worry about what to worry next. :D I understand your worries because your husband is far away from you. I know your husband understands, even if your worries drive him crazy, because it is natural to worry about the person you love. :)

At one time, I was a person that worried about every single little thing in my life. The worries included things that were so far out of my control that it was not even funny. There were times where my worries just increased, and it lead me to a great deal of stress. Stress leading to my life being completely uprooted as I drowned in the worry that I suffered. Of course in the end, it was out of my control.
I’m to the point of my life where I’m just going to go with the flow. I’m going to see where life brings me, for better or for worse. There are times where I just cannot save every single person out there from themselves, or worry about solving their problems. Eventually, if something dreadful is going to happen, it’s going to happen. I just go with what life brings me, and hang on for the ride. It can be natural to worry, but sometimes you got to accept things may be out of your own control.

I used to be that way. But it is like tormenting myself. So what I did was I tried focusing on other stuff than getting worried all the time. We could not do things right if fear will overshadow us completely.

It's natural for people to worry about things and to worry about people especially to those people whom they love. But I don't worry much. Because I have a very strong faith in God. And my mind and heart is always at peace knowing that God or His angels are protecting my love ones. Faith in God is a very important thing. It's one of the best ways or should I say the best way to overcome the worries that we felt.
