My aunt told me once that there are different ways to do jogging, when you are an athlete you can do the regular jog but if you jog only to exercise then brisk walking is advised. Im not sure where she got that idea tho but I guess it make sense. Athlete has better strength and stamina than with just regular jogger.

If you have joint related problems or arthritis you have chances to exaggerate your problems therefore it's suggested to contact your doctor or body trainer before starting any exercises and jogging is certainly an exercise.

Yes dear it can really lead to chronic knee pain. Our bones tend to go brittle as we age so we have to protect it from strenuous activities like jogging. I would suggest you shift to brisk walking if you want to keep yourself fit. Brisk walking is the best exercise of all. I suggest you shift to brisk walking if you don't want to damage your knees.

hi, i am not really like this kind of exercise this jogging because it will move all parts of your body, and yes my knee at the end of exercise will gradually ache and pain,so i really never try to do this kind of jogging ever since.
