Do E vitamin have effect on heir growth.

I used to apply E vitamin to my hair because most of my friends also using it.They said that it help to grow hair healthy and make it look shiny.I also read in article that hair are made up of dead cells.So is there a truth about it.

Actually, vitamin E has lots of healthy benefits. It's an anti oxidant. It also gives luster to the hair like you have read and it helps our hearts too. It is also good for the skin. A friend of mine would always open a Vitamin E supplement and massage it upwards to her face. she says it helps makes her skin smoother , thus makes her look young. I, however, don't like doing that because it smells a little fishy. But overall , vitamin E is an anti-oxidant.

Yes, i have heard a lot of hair experts say that.. they apply vitamin e to the hair to make it thicker and livelier.. i have never tried it though, but my hair is thick already. You could also apply aloe vera, i hear that works wonders..
