Not Understanding

Your number is to how active you are really. I mean you can just respond to some disscussions and you will reach payout. I would make some posts though as you go along, so that you can at least make some money off of talking about what you asked. I think most of the time things get deleted to the number leaves, because you no longer have that since mylot had to delete the question or answer, mosto f the time it is the questions that we respond to. Yeah I would be careful when it comes to the money topics, because some of those are not good to respond on since many violate the terms and guidelines. I am also working as hard as I can since joining here few days ago. And I also notice that the number beside my name got deducted. But maybe the reason behind this is that there were discussions that have been deleted. And if we respond to the discussions that have been deleted, the number of our post will be deducted. But that scenario didn't discourage me at all. Actually it fuels my desire to work harder here. But at the same time, I make sure that I enjoy myself in hanging out and posting here.

As has already been mentioned this will be due to some discussions being deleted, which also deletes your response and therefore reduces the total number of posts to date. This may have happened several times before, but it is something that you would not normally notice unless you check your mylot emails and take note of a deletion report. This also reduces the overall earnings so far, although it is not usually a major problem. The fact that so many have occurred very closely makes the figure more noticeable

Okay, this may sound funny, even stupid, but I just realized that that's a better way of keeping track of your activity here than my method. As for me, I usually just count the number of topics I have responded for the day under "Responded" tabs. I now feel stupid, should have realized that this way was much easier. Anyway, thank you for this.

I am also at work right now and I am targetting to reach at least 1830 before my shift ends which I am actually not really sure if I can do it but I will still push for it, I have like 4 hours remaining. I am also busy with my job right now but I will really try. Sometimes setting a goal to yourself really motivates you to write more beautiful articles or posts. I am looking forward that you will hit your target for the day. Let's rock and roll.

Why? Because of deletion. A lot of them. Sometimes, email notifications will come and inform you about the deletion; in most time, it doesn't. But whenever you got the notifications, I think you should check it thoroughly, so you may avoid another deletion in the future by avoiding discussions that have greater chance to be deleted..

hi lologirl I once asked the same question. its because you have probably responded to some few discussions that were deleted and like a tree the discussion has responses or branches so if its chopped down as in deleted your response is also deleted as it falls with the tree or discussion. its not always easy to know if a discussion is a poll type or not and I myself have lost a few points and cents from having responded to deleted discussions. I read the rules and then went back and reread them and that helped a lot.you lose points and cents when you respond to a discussion that is deleted.So try to judge as much as you can the next ones you respond too. one big clue if nobody is responding even though it looks safe then it might well be a poll type. If you just participate a lot instead of counting you will actually get more done. counting for me just gives me a headache and few cents. slowing down and doing quality posts and just having fun and participating will earn you more money.

I guess there are some minor glitch with the system from time to time but Mylot makes sure to keep all our earnings updated. No worries!
