Well, in times like these, I think the problem I'm about to explain, I think, a little respect many people.
I'm talking about the lack of money and as a result of the hard work that every family to arrive at the end of the month!
We in the family, we have a direct experience.
We are four members in my family and survive with only two pensions, which are those of my parents. Unfortunately, my brother and I do not work.
Every month we repeat the "drama" to get to the last days, waiting for the first day of the month again to "get a breath of fresh air"! It is very tough!
At one time, and I'm talking about ten years ago, things were much better on this side. First of all for me and my brother there were more prospects in the work market.
But however the "final blow" to us, has given the advent of EURO (since year 2002), which has halved praticamento our funds.

There are a lot of things that are bad about the economy at the moment, and this means that people aren't able to earn as much as they once would have been able to. Because of this it means that there would be many people who can't have enough money to get them to the end of the month, which is a complete shame. You should try your best to budget and save money whenever you can, as this means that you would have at least a little bit set aside incase anything bad should happen that you weren't expecting.

Well, first of all it is a wise thing to keep aside some money just in case of an unforeseen need.
I congratulate you when you said that is just a real shame that many families are not able to get to the end of the month.
Let's just hope that things change for the better, and that it is never too late!

Uhuh. I can relate to you. In my family, the only one working is my Dad. So we have to live modestly. No fancy meals, no designer clothes. But I'm glad my dad know how to manage each dime he earn wisely, and my mom is good on making the best deal out of it. We siblings learn how to live with what we have and close our eyes to any lack of luxury that they can't provide. I know that the economy in some countries are pretty bad, maybe including yours. It is not easy to improve the economy and work placement in a short time.

I feel for you, alberello. I would have these apprehensions, too when the end of the month is fast approaching. It is the time when bills need to be paid. My husband and I do not have a job. Fortunately, just a few weeks back, he was taken in by his brother to be part of his time in building a house. But still, I get jittery coz I do not know how I would be able to make ends meet with 4 growing kids in the house and a lot of things to buy everyday, well, mostly food. I thank God, though, coz sometimes I do get a call or a message from people who would order from my online shop.

Hi Alberello,
I think it is really not fesible trying to survive on only two pensions which are those of your parents.
Pardon me, but why are you and your brother not working?

I feel the same. When the end of month is approaching, my budget is also getting smaller. So I'm thinking also for another sideline or any activity that makes extra money aside from my job at the moment.I am single and I always experience shortage due to high cost of living here in the city how much more when I get married?lol.Just thinking for the possibilities.hehehe

I can imagine what you mean. Unemployment seems to be a great problem in your country and so is in mine. Families would try to extend their budget for the whole month and the end of the month is the hardest for them.
In my country poor people have more children than the rich ones. Sometimes they have 8 and only the father is working on a minimum wage which isn't even enough to feed just a single child. So the children are forced to look for food in the garbage.
