Photoshop or Paintshop?

I use Corel Paintshop Photo ProX3 and love it. There is still a lot I need to learn about it and how to use different aspects of the program. It's great for editing photos but it is also great for making graphic designs. I've never used Photoshop but for right now it's too expensive. Since buying the PSPhoto ProX3 I've noticed that it seems to be more of a matter of preference than just the cost of the program. Some people just really like one over the other. Which one do you use and why?

In my experience there is no comparison to photoshop. Although I will admit that I haven't tried any paintshop products in years. I first got photoshop in 2004 and I've never looked back. I find that I only need the elements version and not the full version anymore.
