Is it acceptable at all or should it be condemned immediately from all corners?

In response to the allegation of forgery made by Arvind Kejriwal against Union Law Minister Salman Khursid, the latter got so much agitated that he dared Kejriwal to visit his constituency and also return. Charged Salman Khursid with wife by his side declared in a closed door meeting with youth Congress members as reported by newspapers; ‘Let them come and visit Farrukhabad. But let them also return from Farrukhabad’. He also added-“I have been made the Law Minister and asked to work with the pen. I will work with the pen but also with blood”. It shows that he has lost control over himself. He was cheered by the audience. But isn’t it the language of a mafia don? We expected that he would be warned by his party and our Prime Minister himself for not provoking violence in public life. The Congress party maintained a posture of aloofness with the party spokesman declaring that Kejriwal was free to approach the police if he faced a threat from anybody. The central government is yet to show any reaction over the issue. But as common people we believe that violence should not be an acceptable part of our political discourse. So such comments should always be condemnable, especially if they come from country’s respected Law Minister. The central government on its part should show through its deed that it too finds Law Minister’s words unacceptable. But unfortunately, we have not noticed any action by the government or any apology from Salman Khursid. So, all these provocative words would continue from other leaders also if their corruption is brought into public notice. Isn’t it? Do you support this violent attitude of Salman Khursid? Wouldn’t you come forward to condemn these comments?

Absolutely. Some of the statements coming from the politicians are really rubbish and shows that these people should not be leaders holding critical positions. Just because they were a Khadi dress and a kurta cap does not make them a Gandhivadi, it is what they actually do and what these people are doing is really stupid and criminal for the nation. I hope something happens of all these exposes and scams. The Congress government would simply call for a committee which will give a hurried clean chit to all the parties. I think it is time for India to vote this corrupt government out now.
Cheers!

Salman Khurshid has always been arrogant in his demeanor. I believe he is the grandson of Dr. Zakir Hussain, who was the president of India. His father too was a Central minister.
India is a democracy. But the elected representatives choose to rule Indians instead of serving them. What the clever leaders practice is called vote bank politics. Salman is a benificiary of his minority status, due to his religion. The so called minorities, particularly Muslims, are taking everyone for granted.
The top leaders dare not antagonize them. So, you find them behaving like mafia dons because MMS and SG are never gong to question their antics.
I think why this joker is agitated is because of the sum involved which is just 71 lakhs, which is paltry. But the more he opens his mouth the more he exposes his lack of culture and decency. The need of the hour is electoral reforms and these rulers will never allow that. Not Congres or BJP, for that matter.

None of these politicians deserve to believe in 'Gandhism', rather, they are trying their best to make us believe in 'Gandhism' so that their dirty politics can never be challenged by people like us in a violent way. As India is a secular country, the minorities always take advantage of it and the political parties,be it left or right, bow their heads to them for not losing the minority vote bank. Salman is well aware of this weakness of Manmohan and is hence so desperate in his reaction that he may go for blood. These politicians forget that if the outraged common people also resort to violence by these provocative words of Salman, there is no force in India to tackle it. So all leaders must be very careful about the words they use, about the behaviour they show in public life, otherwise, India may be broken into pieces. Leaders like Salman have not ability to make it united again. So both the Congress party and Manmohan as the head of the government should warn him publicly and declare it clearly that such behaviour is not desired from any one from any level in the country.

Unfortunately, despite knowing all this we keep voting for these people. The politicians are clever enough to keep a lot of the population poor to get them to vote in their favor with liquor and money during the elections. But I think it is us in the middle class who are to blame for not coming out and voting. If we start voting then the politicians need to appeal to us. Instead they divide us in terms of caste politics, religion politics and region politics for their own benefit. Unfortunately so far we have been gullible to all this. I think let's start by voting for IAC in this upcoming elections and give a thumbs down to both the primary parties.
Cheers!

I think it is the basic character of all politicians throughout the world. Isn't it?
