felt like i'm a winner for seeing my discussion as hot or at top list, had u?

i guess, i can count more than a month before seeing my discussion enlisted at the top or at the hot seat from all of the discussions being started with all of the members here. and so i wish and hope that i can make it too like any of the rest members who goodly commend their own discussion at best. no, not envious at all but at least want to see mine as interesting one even i do not know how mylot administrators categorized it. i do not know how big deal is it to others but for me i am so happy about it not to boast but to see it as an interesting topic and all. this is not permanent i know but at least, experienced how make it at the top of the list.

It is nice to see our discussions being responded by others. next by many members. next being listed on hot topic or highest rated discussion or classified in interests.
you get a good feeling when this happens. I think it is done through systemised approach and also by Admins in an objective way.
How many times your topic was rated as highest rated discussion? for me it was once only,

hi ravi I had two discussions on th=e hot topic for two days and yes it felt good to know someone thou ght I was doing something right too. once I was sad as I was on hot andthen got deleted but it was one I never should have written so the only thing I felt sorry about was all my friends losing responses and money from that.

well to your pertaining question on how many times it was setted on the top, since from the very beginning when i started/decided to search for a discussion which i will going to like or to relate myself, i had seen mine i guess once and not to count those who are in the top ten list.. well, seeing it in the first page would make us happy sir ravs.

I felt so lucky when I first saw that my discussions were rated to be on the hot or top list. That felt really good when I saw that for the first time, that's when i was just a month old here. That made me create fresh, exciting and new discussions. I hope that I can maintain that to makes more interactive. Good luck to all of us. Thanks

oh yes agree with you. it would be so fun and we felt happiness when we can see it on the top. for me, i really thought of good topics to begin with. it was being stopped during thus moment when i encountered some conflicts in here because i was discouraged. but now, i am glad, even with my short time misfortunes to be called in here, i regain from being so down and start creeping again to survive and to make my way in here purposively and triumphantly for mylot is like a real life situation.

Congratulations it shows that the discussions you are starting are interesting and people are enjoying taking part in your discussions.I have never had a hot discussion,I struggle to make popular discussions.Though I very rarely start discussions I find I am much more successful at responding to discussions than starting them.I just haven't got the imagination to start thought provoking discussions,though I can often think of something to say in response to the discussions of others, I need the initial idea from someone else to get my mind working.

thank you. do not worry that too much. concerning to it, i never thought about it but just wishing to make it on the top. but if not so, not big deal as long as we just participating here and we do not clash with other members here. that would be great achievement to have. thanks :)

Well, first of all I make my congratulation for your high position on the list. it means that your discussions are really quality.
I'm frankly not much to see if my question appears or not in the list "today's top discussions". All I want is for someone to appreciate just what I write. Or if I ask you a question, is, what I appreciate an answer.
In short, everyone has their own reasons to be happy here on Mylot!

i agree with you my friend that everybody has the right to be happy and to enjoy in mylot even to any disposition we are having in mylot. well, that top thing is just passive but admit that it gives a joy to the heart temporarily. even others would forget, but in myself, i will carry that memory and be cherished. thanks my friend

Yep, getting your discussion on top of the list of other discussions will further motivate you to create new discussions of great caliber and interest.
It is a rewarding feeling to have a discussion wherein a lot of other myLotters are interested in responding to. I have not made much discussion and I only got a few discussions making a lot of responses. But getting the best response award gives out the same feeling as getting your discussions on top. It is the feeling of achieving and being on top that makes you proud of what you are doing here in myLot!

Hi missjahn! It is really a good feeling if our discussions were listed as one of the top discussions. I also from time to time experience that my discussions are on top in a day. Having this kind of recognition is one good thing to keep us aiming for a more quality work.

I agree with you totally on this. As much as I try not to be so affected by how many responded to the topic I posted, when you see a lot of members commenting on it, it really makes you feel proud and elated, especially if you learn a few things from the responses also.
