Changing Font in WIndows 7 Home Basic?

My font of Windows 7 Home basic is changed and i am not able to bring it back to normal even by making the font settings to default also . because of this some applications are also not running . they are showing font error. like i want to run RAPTOR but it shows font error. please help me out of this myLotters
