Halloween Party or Tutoring?

I'm kind of stuck in a bit of a problem quite recently. My friend is hosting a Halloween party of which a lot of people are going dressed up and all. I have my costume, it's just whether I should stay in school to get community service hours or go to the party. I haven't really gone to many parties before because I'm a fairly introvert and stubborn person, yet I'm not really up for tutoring because I haven't been able to help people with my mathematical skill recently. What would you suggest doing?
