Yup... I'm craving for pancit canton for a week now and only this morning I was able to give in to my cravings. But also... I am thinking how long would it take for that noodles to get out of my body. I've heard that eating instant noodles in not good for our health, but with today's high food price pancit canton is the easiest to cook and the easiest to buy too.
Plus... pancit canton would last you long not eating because it make you full. I don't walk that much, I don't work out either, now... I'm wondering how would that thing would come out. Argh! unhealthiness!

I Am not sure what pancit is but I like my instants noodless every now and then and I don't see any wrong in it...today I had instant noodless with chorizo and coriander what a lovely combination! and is nothing unhealthy about it unless you eat them every day!

If you live in Western countries... you really will never know what I'm talking about because you guys don't eat it and won't even bother to look at it in the grocery store, much more to try it. hahaha. I have friends from around the world who was surprised that there is such things like instant noodles and instant coffee in the Philippines.
Well.. pancit canton is a stir fry noodles just like instant noodles. They are so much alike, the only things that differs them with instant noodles is you drain the water after you cook it then put the flavor after...
I think we have different instant noodles. This instant noodles that we have first came from china but now it is made in the Philippines. There are people who eat it everyday because when they eat it they don't get hungry that easily.

Instant noodles aren't all that good for your health because of the fact that there is nothing of nutritional value at all in them. If you only had these in your diet then you would be unhealthy and unable to live your life to the absolute full. I like to make sure that I have a healthy balanced diet. This means that you are able to have everything that you like as long as you're eating it in moderation and not every single night, which is something that a lot of people can fall into the trap of doing without even realising it.

I also count calories now because I'm targeting to get back to my ideal weight before Christmas. I'm using myfitnesspal and according to this app, 2 packs of pancit canton contains 460 calories. So when you jog in place for 5 minutes, you can burn 38 calories. A quick computation would mean you have to jog in place for at least an hour to burn it. But then if you wouldn't eat another heavy meal for the rest of the day you should be fine without worrying to gain an extra pound or two. I know it sounds so nerdy of me, but then, hope this helps, lol!

hahaha. i wish I really can do that. I mean be motivated enough to starve just to loose weight, but my problem is not. I hate to see myself in a mirror sometimes because if I have to compare myself to a hot dog... I'm a jumbo size now. Too bad for me:(( good food is really getting bigger and unhealthy.
I have a friend who is just like you, if she's into dieting, she really makes sure she can achieve her goal. It's just that we live far from each other co's for sure we will be doing workout together.
Today is really my calories intake day co's this morning I ate 2 packs of pancit canton not knowing that at dinner time sister in law will be buying big and tasty burger for dinner and mojos too. Oh.. I have triple intake of everything.
I wish those calories will burn as I sleep.

That's my problem. I cannot do such things, and so in my sweet frustration I just write in here my thoughts and feelings. I am not that sad or anything about eating all of these fatty foods. All I want to do is put it in here that I just did this thing and what would people say about it.
I write on my thoughts hoping that people would comment co's I love responding to comments as well. I am not talkative in person but I do love to write about my thoughts and feelings.
I just hope that when I get back to work January next year I'll be able to get busy again physically co's not that I'm left home taking care of my baby made me too lazy to do anything co's I felt tired most of the time, plus I just can't eat healthy with in laws around.

I've never heard of this product however you're right between the noodles and probably a large amount of sodium it doesn't sound like a healthy meal. I remember one week I had something happen to my bank account and I was mostly eating eggs for days. At least where I live they're not expensive and you'll actually lose weight eating them. Also a close friend of mine when he's short on cash he eats black beans and rice.
We have prepackages noodles where I live and some people to make them healthier rinse the noodles and dilute the brother mix that comes with them. If that's a possibly I suppose you can try that. Best of luck....I hope you find something else cheap and healthier.

It's an instant fry noodles here in the Philippines. It's really quick and easy to prepare, and very cheap as well. I can actually eat eggs and rice alone and it will never be a problem to me or I can eat just vegetable too and have no problem at all. It's there's people around me and they are skinny people. They don't care about eating fatty foods co's they don't get fat.
I can't actually wait to visit my friend who live 30 minutes away from me. Every time I visit her is... we make sure we ate healthy food. More vegetables and soup and fish. I like it there, I mean visiting her at her house co's we just can eat anything healthy.
